Horrible service today! I've been receiving services from here for awhile and my experience is not always completely to my liking but I give them the benefit of the doubt most times. The place was extremely busy and I was asked 3 times what services I wanted each time stating no chip manicure and a polish change. I even checked in via their sign in procedure. Had to tell the tech that I did not want dip powder that he was trying to give me after not understanding my nail design choice and it was like he got an attitude and started working on someone else and just left me sitting there with no explanation with foil on my finger tips. Then the staff proceeded to talk about the confusion in their language which was very rude. My nails ended up being rushed misshapen and lumpy. Then I had to remind them of my toe polish change! When the tech was done he walked me to the front dropped my shoes on the floor and pointed so I seated myself under the drying table and made sure the fan was on. After paying I asked if my services would reflect under my rewards account never got confirmation. I really don't think I'll be going back. Today's experience was a bit much for me.

My daughter and I went here for the first time today. Beautiful and easy to get to. Prices were standard for the services and the area they’re located in. Very clean, hygienic, and professional. Kevin and Tom were great to work with. We loved the atmosphere, the treatments, and the results. We’ve already booked our return appointments.

I have been to Ajita many times. I typically make an appointment and I always get right in. The service is always very good and I’m always happy with my mani or pedicure. The staff is friendly and works with you if you have a special occasion.
I would definitely recommend this business!

Loved it! My nails look beautiful and I felt very safe. The salon is following Covid protocol. I will definitely be back!

This nail salon is convenient to go to but the services are always bad. I've gotten my nails done a million times in general and everytime I come here, there is something wrong. I went to get a fill and you can see how lumpy my nails are under the polish because they overbooked their schedule and had to rush through my appointment. The way they schedule is terrible. I went with a group for pedicures at a 1:30 appointment and they finally got to us at about 2:10.
