My first visit was amazing. Now, I dread going because the constant pressuring to get long nails or gel polish. I prefer short (because ...nurse) but they badger me to get long gel nails. Listen to the customer. The only reason I go is because it’s closer than my regular shop in the city.

I've been coming here for years and I'll never be coming back. We make appointments and have to wait an hour still. The owner Kevin completely messed up my nails, he's blaming me for them looking so bad (because I didn't say anything while in there yesterday) and trying to blame the nail polish as well when there's lumps on the actual nails, the nails aren't straight, the design looks like a child did it. He decided to message me to argue with me about getting my money back and then blocked me. This place has definitely gone down hill since the new owners took over. It's disappointing.

Nikki & Elisa were phenomenal. Elisa gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life with the honey princess pedicure and Nikki brought my nail vision to life which has never actually happened in any other salon. (I’m picky as ever) Leann nails is 100% worth the investment. This is my new spot!

I’ve had terrible experiences the past couple times I’ve gone. I would want a design and the person tells me that I can’t get that design or do it the way that I wanted to be done but I’ve had someone do it exactly how I wanted it, the same design, before. I recommended this place to two people and both of them said that they are never going back. The new artists are not up to par to the veterans and you can’t get booked with the veterans If you have simple designs. It seems as if they pass you on to the less experience and then you end up with broken nails or nails that look like trash. I’ve had to get my full sets redone at least three times after I get them done initially for them to be where I want them to be. It’s so unfortunate that I have to find another nail shop to go to because I was really excited to try this one.
