Gift certificate from my husband. They were very rough with the buffer, when I ask her to slow down, she did not. I had to have someone else finish. They applied the wrong color number then tried to convince me it was the one I asked for. I had to have check their bottle. Their attitude about this was not to my liking, I will not return.

I've been going here for years and love it. Very clean, newly remodeled, Susan and her staff are great!

Usual very pleased but today I only got "adequate" service. The very disappointing part is when I spoke to the owner about it, I only got a "sorry" no offer to make it right. Not good customer service for someone who has been going there regularly for 2 years. Might be time to find a new place

This place was so expensive cost me 95 for a gel set. They filed everything by hand so somw.if my nails are bumpy. Some are longer than the other hand and uneven. I had to file myself when I got home..I won't go back

Began cutting nails without asking a preference. Ended up walking out with uneven nails. I brought a picture for my finger nail shape so there would be no confusion. Yet again she began doing what she wanted while I told her this is not what the picture showed. Now open toed shoes are out and I am reshaping my finger nails.
