I just paid $50 for this. After first having to drill off and repaint my nails because all my gel warped. My nails are uneven and the polish is still bubbly. This was $50 down the drain and now I need to find somewhere else to fix them. Greatly disappointed. But hey, I was greeted when I walked in, so, there is that.

The polish is warped because it is either cheap polish or was laid too thick and wasn't allowed enough time to cure. The hand can only into the light one way. Your nail technician knew I wasn't pleased. Especially after I asked her just to remove the polish so I could pay and leave. She insisted she re-attempt to paint them. And then I was charged $5 for two different colors because I surely wasn't charged for the design I never got. Don't blame it on the way I put my hand in the lamp. Not to mention when I went somewhere else a few weeks later for a fill the nails had to be removed because they lifted so much. I type for a living, not wash dishes. This experience was just an L. No excuses necessary.

Always received fast and prompt service. I having been going to this salon for several years and always have been satisfied with the outcome. Staff is very pleasant!
