My 81 year old mother went in this place to get a basic manicure and pedicure. Mom and my sister go get their hair done at a salon nearby. My sister was still at the salon upstairs getting her hair done when mom entered the nail salon because her hair was done. It made sense for her to get her nails and feet done while she waited for my sister. When she got back, I checked out her mani and pedi and it was okay. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. They could have clean up around her cuticles better. They tried and they nicked her cuticle around one of her big toes and caused it to bleeding. She had dry red blood around her big. She said they put something on it to clean it. There was no bandaid on it.
I didn't know it at the time but they overcharged her. Mom paid well over $50 and my senior mom gave them a $20 tip because she didn't know what to tip.
I would give them no stars if I could for taking advantage of my senior citizen mom on a fixed income who has to use a cane and has arthritis challenges. She should have been given a senior discount.
I usually go with her and pay for her pampering but I wasn't available due to health challenges at the time, plus my Sister was with her. I thought for sure my Sister was gonna make she everything was legit. If I was there that, would not have happened. Mom is not big on pampering herself, so I try to take her for holidays, her birthday or special occasions. My mom is an all natural type of woman who isn't into gel nails, extensions, acrylics, fake nails lashes, hair, body parts, etc and she is not materialistic. She has been like that her entire life.
She won't be patronizing that place ever again. It's apparent that they took advantage of her out of pure greed.

Really good pedicures depending on who u get ! But unfortunately my $38 dollar gel manicure did not even last a week all lifting and chipping.... 5 days old highly disappointed 😔 should just got regular paint and paid 10 dollars.

The salon is clean, they do a good job at keeping everyone organized with regard to service needed. The ladies are friendly and do a great job.
