Lived in 65 prospect for close to 3 years. Its been an awesome experience to be right in middle of downtown. The maintenance guys were quick to resolve any issues. The leasing people were good Carol & Lynn were nice to listen to any issues.

it's noisy in the room somehow, but lease price is acceptable and it's clean. maintenance is fast

I looked at a ton of apartments online and did lot of research before I flew out to Stamford from Texas. Being in a safe and clean building was of utmost importance. I found my apartment on zillow and rented the same day I saw it. I also had viewed apartments in different buildings with a realtor, which I do not recommend. I have been in 77 Prospect about a month now and my apartment is awesome. No true complaints here. The neighborhood is top notch and exactly what I was looking for as far as the vicinity to downtown. The only thing I wish I could change about my apartment, would be a larger washer and dryer. The washer and dryer is tiny and will not fit all my bedding at once.

Good location. Right next too good bars and restaurants. Decently priced. No amenities really other than a gym. Great value for the price. Closet space is unbelievable.

Good value, good location for some great bars and a very fair management company.
Lived there for nearly 3 years, had very few issues apart from some admin mistakes by their office such a miss placing rent checks and not processing my renewal but apart from that a very fair management company.
After nearly 3 years the walls had marks on them, the carpets were well worn but I still got all of my deposit back (less some small cleaning fees). I have recently heard of some appalling property companies in Stamford systemically withholding all the deposit of people when they move out 'to cover the cost of floor replacement' even when there is documented evidence of no floor damage. I consider myself lucky that 65 Prospect Street and their sister properties are certainly nothing like those companies and would highly recommend renting from them.
