Been going to this place for a good 8-9 years. I had a girl named carrie that used to cut my hair there but she moved. She recommended me to John and I've been going to him ever since. He's the only one, now, that can cut my hair the way I want it.

I when there with my brother and wife and I' don't know nothing about hair style but you CAN TELL that's not the way a hair looks like after being under a professional hair stylist care ...and after they place a complaint they said they couldn't not do nothing about it because they can't reach the manager or for them to fix the hair they need to charge extra 20 us dollar when my brother pay 200us on front not good ...

The worst service I've ever seen, they damaged my wife's hair and charged $ 192, As she wanted it and how they left it. See picture (Oxford Valley Mall) Store. 03847, she never come back. OMG, I want a refund.
