Terrible place. No regard for customers time. I believe it was sold. I went in last week place was empty two employees, both working on one customer doing a manicure and a pedicure at the same time!! I asked how long a wait I was told someone is coming in soon. This is not the first time wait time was excessive. I left there are other places in the neighborhood.

I don't know why there have been some negative reviews of Ku's. I live in the neighborhood and have been going there for years. I always have a consistently good manicure and pedicure. The owner is always there to supervise, and she keeps the salon very clean. The have wifi, a TV set, and a very good selection of nail polish. These salons are not hiring PhD's---I just think we need to be more understanding and kind to these hard working women, trying to learn english, and make a living to support their families.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place completely destroyed my nails... they didn’t wait for the gel polish to come off so they scraped it off and buffed my nails down so they are paper thin... my nails are splitting and breaking constantly... it’s so sad.

Save yourself time and money and avoid this place at all cost. I went in for a regular pedicure which I saw was $27, pretty high on the spectrum but I really wanted one. The woman said that if I wanted my feet/legs massaged that it was an extra $14. I have never been anywhere where the foot/leg massage wasn't included. I really wanted it so I said OK. When she went to run my card, she over charged me by $3, which isn't much of an overcharge, but the total experience was mediocre at best. I'll never go back.
