The guy that did my nails was kind. However, he did rush through the process. My nails chipped a day later (i got a gel manicure). I have had experiences where i ask for a certain person, & they’ll give me someone else when that worker is just sitting on her phone not doing anything. The place is beautiful, but the workers do give me an uncomfortable experience every time. (I have been there 3 times)

I used to be a regular here but will never return. They used to give excellent service and quality nail care but have slowly declined recently. Every time I go there is maybe 1 more client there and about 5+ techs sitting in the pedi chairs, on their phones, so they’re obviously not busy.
This last time I went was the last straw. To start off, the tech was extremely rude and raised her voice at my friend whom I brought along to get a mani pedi as well. I am not exaggerating when I tell you the pedi lasted 10 minutes or less! I didn’t get a massage whatsoever, no exfoliation, nothing! All she did was quickly paint my nails. The tech then forced me to pay for the mani pedi BEFORE she even did my mani which has never been asked of me before. I felt insulted! She then rushed through my manicure.
I won’t even post a photo of my nails here because they are so terrible, it’s embarrassing. I had a wedding I was in the following day after my experience here and my nails had already chipped in several areas.
I know the owner is very good and I have many friends who attend this salon but many of them are experiencing the same bad service and will no longer be coming here. I sent my friends photos of my nails and they were shocked at what a poor job my tech did. I hope the owner sees this review and will correct the issues but I will no longer be giving this place my business.

My pedicure was done in less than 30 minutes. Girl who worked on me did the bare minimum & to top it off was laughing the whole time with other employees. Definitely not worth my time & money

Went in 2 days ago to get a pedicure, I just wanted them cleaned out with no color. The guy with the blond hair ( who did my nails) he tried putting in a color after I kept telling him no thank for the millionth time. He tried fixing manicure when I told him I'm ok since I recently got them done. He kept insisting to put color in my nails and my manicure done. He got mad after he wasn't able to do more services on me. I don't recommend coming here. All of them are always in a bad mood and they don't go based off what YOU want.

I should’ve have looked up reviews before coming here. The reason I get pedicures is to have some time to myself and relax. OK not possible when the guy rushes thru your pedicure and it last a total of 15mins!!!!! I waited longer waiting for my nails to dry then for them to actually do the pedicure. I was so annoyed and unsatisfied. Also the guy was rude and expected me to read his mind when he wanted me to move my foot or something else. I thought at first he couldn’t talk but oh no he spoke very clear when he charged me for the service.
