Today was my first time coming here, and I'm not too sure that I'll be coming back. The nail tech that I had was Josh, and he was absolutely wonderful! The gel polish he did was neat, his customer service was great, and he wasn't too rough. I wish I could do a separate review just for him because he really was fantastic.
However. I'm not sure if he was the owner, but the older man in there went on this political rant to myself and the lady he was working on. The news was covering a Trump story and for the last 15 minutes I was in there, this man went on and on about how Americans expect too much, if we don't like Trump then why did we elect him, and so on. It was entirely one sided, we didn't have a chance to get one word in, and he continued even when we were both visibly uncomfortable. I'm sorry if this is harsh, but we aren't paying to sit through political tirades. It was very unprofessional. He might like to listen to himself talk, but we certainly didn't.

I have never been here as long as I lived in Emporia , last night after 9 years of going to my nail
Tech and the disrespect I experienced I tried them. To my surprise Vivian I believe is her name
Was friendly , took time with my nails and I was pleased and my eyebrows too were done nice. I will spend my money on good customer service any day but disrespect will lose my coins all day. Thank you

One star is not even close to what this place deserves. The owner (not even worthy of using the word Mr.) , I'll omit his name but once you step foot into this place it'll became very evident. Is unlike any person I have ever encountered in my life, In the most negative way possible . The complete disrespect he has for women is appalling! Which is mind blowing considering a nail salon is geared towards a women. He was degrading And extremely hostile towards me and to top it off, this poor excuse for a man (more like a grown child) acted this way in front of my 2 small children causing them to be terrified. (Oh yeah it was that bad). If you have one once of dignity don't go here! He will try to strip you of your self worth. I NEVER write reviews but this is place, people, especially women, should be warned about.

Only gave a one star because I couldn’t give a 0! . The way you treat your customers is disgusting & out right wrong . You learn in business , your customers or clients are ALWAYS right . Calling your client stupid , is a definite way to make sure you lose money constantly . Thank you for opening my eyes & many more today , you don’t deserve my service nor money ! -THANKS TO THE OWNER.
