Huge price differences for the same apartment type. I was paying $3600 1bedroom apartment, the neighbour next door was paying $2700 1bedroom apartment (same location/same floor/same qualities) Management is not interested in long term tenants. Unprofessional people.

Management is not interested in long term good tenants but in "boiling the frogs. Terrible management.

I lived here for 6 months and it was the best 6 months of my life! The people are so nice, and I got the opportunity to workout everyday in the oak creek club house or jogging in the woods. They also have like 5 small pools, and one big one. So if you live here you can swim as much as you want. In the club house at oak creek you can also watch a movie in oak creeks own cinema. I recommend everybody to check in here, and enjoy it to the fullest.

Good place to live if it's your only option. (as it was for me) I think this apartment is over-priced. Still, you can bike to Stanford campus and you might enjoy free cocoa from clubhouse. (I liked the pool)

Do a favor for yourself, don't live here.
I've been in this complex for just over 2 months, and have had an unreasonable number of problems with the management. While the apartments themselves are nice, and well located, the amount of nonsense you will have to put up with makes it not worth it in any way. Let's review:
1. My and my girlfriends bikes were stolen from their "secure" bike lockers. These are locked cages, where the bikes were secondarily locked inside. While management knows theft is an issue in the complex, they do nothing about it, and give no help to their residents, aside from telling them to refer to their renters insurance.
2. While attempting to do laundry today (New Years Day), our laundry card ran out of credits. While this should be an easy fix, the machine to reload the laundry cards lives in a totally different facility from the washing machines. Finding that building locked, we tried to contact the on-site "security", who told us nothing aside from that he couldn't do anything to help us. Trying to contact any kind of manager was not possible, as everyone told us to call offices that we knew were closed.
In review, management is so inept that it's impossible to get a single door unlocked, unless you're trying to steal things from someone.
