Let me just say I had the worst experience here then I ever had at any nail salon . First of all I had long nails on when I came in, I wanted them taken off.. there was a bit of a language barrier we couldn’t understand one another, he began to try and pick them off but only tried two nails before just setting my nails in a bowl of acetone then proceeded to get up and gave me 3 huge books of colors put them in my lap while my hands where in the bowl of acetone?! and wasn’t even speaking to me.
Then he took my hand one by one and started trying to get the nails off again and still couldn’t , put my hands back in the bowl and got on his phone! The lady that was working there beside him was on her phone the whole time I was in there, my pinky had been hurting ..my real nail broke in half under my nail so I was telling him which one and he had forgot and kept being so rough and a few times using the tools he caused pain on other nails as well, very shaky unsteady hands I wanted to scream!
felt very uncomfortable and finally he painted my nails and started Massaging my arms and hands longer then it usually takes making it even more uncomfortable and I was ready to go..asked him how much and pulled away.
It was painful and unsanitary.
I’m well traveled and stay trying new salons.. this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. THEY do not care . Will not be returning

This was the first time ever using this nail shop, I came in with a picture of some Christmas nails, nothing drastic just a couple different colors and white stripes on red nails. I asked if she could do this and if she would help me pick some colors out that were close to the picture. She seemed annoyed and called someone over he came over and told me to pick my own colors out. Which I thought was rude because I needed help, but whatever I just ended up doing red nails because I felt like I was inconveniencing them. It was obvious she was new and they didn’t look the best but I smiled and paid and thanked her. I paid $40+ and after 3 days one of the nails just popped off and I can tell the others are about too also. I understand people have to learn and I am honestly more upset about the poor customer service than with the bad nail job. There is absolutely no reason to work in the public and not have good customer service especially to a first timer like myself. Just very upsetting. I usually go to Ameri Nails on Chenal and am always greeted with a smile and always get help and recommendations when I ask. I do not think I will be trying this location out again. If you are going to work in the public at least pretend to like your job and help your clients when they need it.

The woman who did my nails had ugly dirty nails herself. Three days later I developed pink eye in my left eye. I needed my nails done before the Christmas holidays and was out shopping and saw this nail salon. I was the only client. My instinct was to leave when I saw the condition if the manicurist nails, but I didn’t. My nails were fine, but thinking back the entire place was unsanitary. I called the health department.

Took my wife and for a pedicure it was the best to ever had the lady was real attentive massaged her calves and everything will definitely be going back great experience. She was totally relaxed when we left

If you want your nails to look good then do not go here. I expressed multiple times my dissatisfaction of the shape and outcome of my nails. She hurt me multiple times and made me bleed. The girl who did them said she was the owner of the salon and even when I paid I was still expressing my dissatisfaction and she did not care.
