So lovely! The service was great and the massage chairs they have are AMAZING! I can’t wait to come back! 😁 They have a wonderful color selection and a few new / interesting options for manicures. I’m not sure if they do the kind of intricate styles that you find on Instagram, but this place is perfect for a relaxing mani & pedi day 💖

I was so excited to finally get my nails done. I had to go here because my usual place was booked for weeks. I got dip like I usually do and she picked out the matching color for my toes. Well my nails were hot pink and my toes were red. Not even close. 2 days later I had to go back because the dip was chipping off the tips of my nails. She said it was because they were too short so instead of redoing them she painted them with shellac which of course 2 days later was peeling off the tips. I would not recommend them. I always get dip on my short nails and it’s never been an issue at the place I normally go.

I’ve been to every nail salon in town and I usually leave them dissatisfied, not with this salon. This salon is the best in town. I always leave happier than when I arrived. Best service in San Antonio. Thank you Nail Inn.

Went in needing a fill and wanted white nails with purple foil, which the guy told me I could do. When the girl was doing my nails the nails themselves were filed very unevenly. I had to file them myself after I left. The white polish did not have clean lines and the purple foil wouldn't work with the white when I was at that stage of painting. So I had to choose something else to go with the white because I wanted the white. The girl wasn't waiting long enough for the dryer to finish and just kept adding coats so I ended up with several lumps on my nails in the paint. These of course she ignored and I made her redo, which resulted in a complete redo of each nail. I do not recommend ever going here.

Went in today for the first time! Absolutely love my set! Atmosphere is elegant & the staff was wonderful! Best set I've had so far in SA! Highly recommend!
