This has the be the worst place I’ve ever gotten a fill in done in my life. I went in needing a fill in, and came out needing a fill in. The color selection was limited, so I had to place three colors together to make it look like something. They did not have the sequins nail powder I already had on my nails, which is why I had to choose as many colors to cover it up. The nail tech left gaps when placing the powder and paint on my nails which made it look as if I needed another fill. When trying to inform her of it several times, she continued to miss what I was telling her. Every time a hair strand gets stuck in between the spots she missed, i swear my irritation returns. I will not be returning due to lack of selection & performance on my nails.

I came to this salon last week, and I was very satisfied with their services. The staffs are very friendly. Simon did very excellent job on my nail set, and the lady who did my pedicure massaged my feet so well. I felt very relax when coming this salon. I definitely go back again.

While the employees are friendly, the gentleman who did my daughter's gel manicure did a horrible job. They lasted a day before the polish would snag on her clothing and completely pull off. I'm upset we paid so much for something that only lasted a day. It's back to Locust Grove for us. We will never go back to this location.

I have never been here untill today. First off they didn't speak to me when I walked in. I waiting for a hour because they was busy which is not a problem for me. So finally I was seated and you could tell that the guy has never took nail polish off. I just needed a fill in and polish change. So I asked the guy if he was nervous and was this his first time using the mechanics and his answer was yes. Then after 40 minutes of him taking my nail polish off he tells me to go wash my hands. So I did what I was told then I waiting another 20 for someone to start on my fill in. So this other guy tell me that I ruined my nails. I was confused so I said excuse me? And he again said that I ruined my nail but washing my hands. So at this point I preceded to tell him that his guy told me to wash my hands and that if they would had someone that has done nails before that this would of not happened. So again he explained that the water gets under the nails and that's no good and tells me that we have to take them off. At first I was mad but said ok whatever just do what I got to do and I also told him that it's not my fault that their guy told me to wash my hand. So again he told me that it was my fault that they was ruined and I laughed stood up and told them I was leaving. I will not pay for a new set of nails that was perfectly fine when it's there fault that my nails was ruined. So I left and I will never go back there again. They was very rude and unprofessional. So I give them zero stars. i refuse to pay someone to do my nails when in the first place they messed them up. I would of been fine waiting another hour for someone that knew what they were doing . So I'm better off going to my other nail salon and.that I will know they will turn out great.

Very clean, friendly & when you make an appointment you're taken care of right away. Simon is very good!
