Showed up shortly after 2pm ti get a hair cut. Door was locked and someone outside said the guy was done until 5pm. Why have "walk ins welcome" on your window if you're locking your door for 3 hours? Doesnt seem like walk ins are welcome if you ask me..

I got a great fade from Leo but needed the top trimmed more. After agreeing to come back towards the end of the day to get it fixed, five minutes before the agreed upon time, he had already left for the day. It was a very frustrating experience since I was leaving town in the morning and wouldn't be back for months. The fade was superior but the customer service was sub-par.

Your results are going to depend entirely on who is working. Many of the employees are new to cutting hair, and do not have the same touch as the more veteran employees. This creates a rift. The veteran employees deserve five stars, but the others don't deserve any. Check who's cutting your hair first!
