Went in for a fill. Only one person working who didn't do anything to feel comfortable while waiting. The fill was nice but the cut-down messed everything up. My nails are not even nor the same length. The ends and corners are very rough and not smooth. He didn't take the clear coat off the nails when I came in so I'm a bit worried about lifting along the old tips. And he didn't give me a chance to wash my hands after all the buffing to remove the excess dust. Again I have a worry about the lifting of the gel clear coat. He also didn't give me a choice between the gel topcoat and a regular polish, but he did make sure to charge me the extra for it. Overall disappointed in my experience.

i have been going to them for years, my mom went there and so do i. they do a great job. ive been to nail salons in sf and always return to them. they get to know you. they don't make you resentful of what you got. always friendly. kind of spendy but id rather spend the money and have it dont right. in my opinion the best nail salon in sf.

Did terrible job I have two big gashes in my big toes. Was scrubbing so hard I have big gashes and didn't even offer a discount

Horrible! they did an awful job and when asked to redo even did worse of the manicure. Very disappointing. Dont waste your money and go else where.
