This was by far the best pedicure I've ever had, both for the quality of service, cleanliness, friendly staff and overall experience. My girlfriends and I had pedicures from Charlie and Julie. Both were excellent, kept the conversation going and did a great job. What I loved about the pedicure was that you don't have to soak your feet in a tub, they wrap your feet in warm towels and fuzzy socks. We also enjoyed the Spiked Mango Lemonade. Emily also was extremely helpful in coordinating our visit. We will definitely be back when we return to Southern Pines.

I had the best hair cut and style experience I’ve ever had from Julian at Karma. I felt very welcomed and pampered by everyone, the communication about the cut was fantastic, and the end result was amazing. He also cut both of my daughters’ hair and gave one of them some fun color. I really appreciated how he treated them with the same top notch level of customer care. They felt incredibly special, as did I.

Julian is an absolute hair magician. I’m what I like to consider an “easy client”. I love changing my hair and I’m fairly sure I’ve never left a salon unhappy. Recently my daughter has started requesting my hair be “blonde like hers” and after seeing another stylist at a different salon, it was lighter, but not what I’d imagined. I was content, but it missed the mark. Enter Julian. After a full foil and tone and extra care to ensure my hair stayed healthy - my hair is exactly what I had hoped. And - the best compliment of all, my daughter greeting me at home with a smile and declaring “your hair matches mine!” Julian is so kind and attentive, the salon so beautiful (really a one stop shop of literally everything from boutique items, to massage, to hair and nails), and - all the staff and clients were diligently wearing their masks. I found my new “home”.

One stop shop. Hair, nails, lashes, massage, and skincare. I love it here. Recently moved here from Washington and I've been looking for a salon that does natural nails and I found the place. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The aesthetic of the salon is so beautiful. They offer a bar so you can have a cocktail while you have a service and Jacob is so friendly when you enter the salon. He offers you a drink whether it be water or alcohol. They have a wonderful team here. Kristen did my pedicure which I haven't had one in 5 months and she did an awesome job. Leatta did my lash lift. I am so happy I found this place. Will definitely tell friends and be returning in the future.

Love love love this place. Its like a family here. Fantastic services. Adult beverages. Chic decor. This place is a high class cosmopolitan salon from NYC dropped into our little enclave in the Sandhills. Cannot say enough good things about them. The owner is the definition of a boss lady like you wouldn't believe come to life and you can see that her clients love her and her staff. Won't be disappointed when you book here.
