Went to drop off a package at 12pm on a work day and they were closed. Called their corporate office and they did not know why they were not open. Sounds like no one showed up today....

If there’s an option for no stars I’d put it. Terrible customer service. I believe companies should be more careful while picking their employees and making sure they provide the needed customer service skills.

Terrible! They turned away a customer with a perfectly good box. They said she needed to buy THEIR box to be shipped! Don't go here!

Again terrible service. The door says they close at 8pm. We walk in at 730pm to quickly print something and the manager berates us about how much we have to print and how long we will take because she says they close at 745pm so we have to hurry. Don’t come here. Go to the 24hr one down the street.
