Business opens at 11am. It's 92° today & I stood outside waiting for this place to open, which they finally did at 11:30. I never seen no one turn the A.C. on, so I asked 3x if anyone was going to turn it on because it's really hot.. They were so rude by ignoring me, that I just began to walk out. Only then, I had their attention & a woman said in perfect english, that she was ready to do my pedicure... I told them that they were rude for ignoring me & that their place was too hot to be sitting there. Their prices are too hight for this nonsense! Do not waste your time & money here!!

I luv'd it there.. Felt so relaxed.. The only thing is that its alil too much with their prices..

They charge for every little thing and will have the audacity to have an attitude with you when you question their prices. They charge for shaping and then will charge you a while next set price for gel as if you and a friend were getting your nails done together. Will never come back!!

The customer service here is terrible! They are very rude and do not take the time out to properly do your nails or even sanitize their tools. I got cut while the man was removing my cuticles during a pedicure and he just dabbed it. He did not put any treatment on it, just kept going like it was normal. Then when I asked not to pay $15 for a pedicure that consisted of me getting cut multiple times, the lady said no. The job was rushed and everyone just ignored me. They are lazy and don’t do anything besides sit and eat. Every time I come in there it’s a problem.

So I didn’t like the way they did my nails or toes I asked them to do it over and the manger caught an attitude and has the audacity to say “you luck I did it over for you” I just had a bad experience with them. They over charge and they are very rude and disrespectful when you want something your way. I do not recommend coming here. Never again
