I’ve been here a few times, and was generally satisfied with how my nails turned out. However, I’m a busy mom of two toddlers, so any time I get to spend on myself is rare - I bring this up only because on my last visit, I had just driven an hour to drop my kids off with my parents, and an hour back, in time for the appointment I made the day before. I would normally be fine waiting, but I made the appointment because I had a specific time I needed to be somewhere else and I know Saturday’s are very busy here. When I showed up 10 minutes early, I was told that the person who I requested didn’t come in that day, which apparently meant they didn’t even keep my appointment in mind and I would have to wait at least 45 minutes to even sit in a chair. I’m so disappointed in the customer service - the entire reason someone would make an appointment is to avoid being there for 2 hours, but my biggest problem is that I managed to get my kids out the door and do all of this driving just to make it there on time, then to be told it basically didn’t matter that I made an appointment. I could have stopped in commerce or gone to a salon near my parents’ home if they had even called me to let me know they weren’t keeping my appointment time or the person I asked for wasn’t in for the day. That is the customer service equivalent of a slap in the face. I will not be going back.

I've been here alot and overall satisfied with the service. I usually have the one lady who waxes do my services and she is friendly and great. But the wait can be long sometimes.

Arrived at 2:34 & was immediately seated for a pedicure & told that someone would be right with me. After sitting with my feet in luke warm water for over 30min. I decided to leave. I was then informed that they were, "short staffed". Ya think? Don't waste your time! In that 30min. I could have driven to City Nails, been in-out & satisfied. However, it is a nail salon in Danielsville so I am not surprised!

I am honestly disgusted with my experience there. I told the lady specifically how I wanted my eyebrows to be done and I walk out of there looking like she drew them on with a sharpie. It has taken me years to grow mine out and not they are gone. Also she picked at my toes so long she made both of them bleed. I am horrified with my visit and I will never return. Just a warning for anyone thinking about going there, don't go
