A few weeks before the illegal killing of dogs happened, I had boarded my cat there for a week, fortunately without incident (that I know of). When I arrived to pick up my cat, one of the dogs was loose and sprinting back and forth across highway 4, from the Ace parking lot and back, fortunately it seems like the dog was fine, but that was the last straw for me.
The staff were all very kind, but the two times I used them it seemed like a bit of an unorganized mad house. When I dropped off my cat to be boarded, one worker took the cat out of the carrier, only to be met with a barking dog jumping up and down a few feet away. The worker then said said "Can you put (dog's name) away, he's trying to eat her". Not exactly a relaxing thing to hear before you're boarding you pet!
Very kind people working there, but I think it's definitely for the best if this place gets shut down.

The ladies that work here are wonderful. You can tell they are really dog lovers, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my pet here with them to be groomed. They did a fantastic job and I recommend them all the time

What happened to the fire victims 3 dogs. They survived at another boarding kennel for 18 months. The poor man paid you good money. His dogs were everything. What did you do with them?
