Most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to in my life! The staff is horrible. Seriously, do not waste your time or money! I live in Indiana and I had to come to Crestview Florida to help my 70 year old parents return back to their home in Okeechobee Florida after they evacuated because of hurricane Irma. My dad physically could not handle getting my mom, their animals and himself back to their home after leaving in a hurry. My dad needed my husband and my help. After a 13.5 hr drive, I just wanted a relaxing pedicure. I went to Elegant Nails and was so horribly treated by both the husband and wife owners (I found out it was the husband and wife later) the male spoke down to me, insulted me right away and then yelled at his wife non-stop. We are not of the same culture so I try not to judge someone else when I do not know anything about them but it was uncomfortable to be in there. He then left and his wife started the pedicure, it was horrible. She was rough, she left my two big toenails severely uneven and when I asked her if she would even them out... She started to yell at me, told me they were fine, that she did what I asked her to do and if I wanted something different then I needed to have explained myself better. She then called the male and proceeded to tell him that I'm making her do work over that she's already done. As she was on the phone, she continued to work on my left big toe and she really started to hurt my entire foot by being so rough... so I told her to stop, that she was done working on my foot. I asked her how much for the work she had already done (which was three toenails) and she told me $10. I only had twenty dollar bills on me, so I handed her a twenty, she then proceeded to say she was wrong... it was $20 for what she had done. Honestly at that point, I literally tossed the $20 on the table and left. Terrible physical service, the cleanliness of the establishment was seriously lacking...then compound this with the rudeness and unethical charges. Just horrible!

They were very tentative. My mom loved her pedicure. The guy listened to what I wanted and he did exactly what I asked. He's quite funny as well, I enjoyed my visit an livw my full set. Thank elegant nails

Worst place in Crestview, went for eyebrows and owner didn't wash hands before touching my face (he was eating prior) I mentioned I wanted just a clean up, since I had grown out my eyebrows thick. He waxed my eyebrows super thin and uneven. He even had the nerve to say that one of my eyebrows is ugly and uneven. Will NEVER go back especially since there are other nail places in Crestview. Avoid this place!
