Every time i come They do an amazing job on my nails and last 3 weeks ( which is great for when i cant Come in at 2 weeks). I always Have a design in mind and they do great at replicating it. Got my pedicure for the first time here with my mom and they took very good care of us. We both have certain allergies and they assured us what we used was ok, and it was! I smudged my baby toe when checking if it was dry and they came and fixed it for me( even after i said I would) they wouldn’t let me and came over to do it. Will definitely keep my business here!!

The girl who did my nails did an excellent job. She didn't really say anything to me the whole time but I'm sure it was a language thing. I wasn't happy about paying $30 for a fill! I usually can get them for $15-20. When I left no one said anything to me either but my nails are on point♡ dont think ill be going back untol they lower the prices for a fill.

Just moved to the area and am desperately looking for my new nail salon. after 2 back to back strike outs at other local salons (nails chipping/bad customer service) i call this place. Let me tell you...the entire time i was getting my nails done, i was writing this review in my head.
I needed a gel manicure. I was greeted fine and told to pick my color. i was handed the color swabs...not that many options.
I was told to sit in a seat that had a woman's purse in it. i just stood there waiting for someone to notice. no one did for about 8 minutes. The i was told to sit somewhere else, so i did. then i was told to move again. my nail tech was a man. he literally didnt say 1 word to me. he removed my old gel polish with the electric file they use for acrylics.Ive been getting gel for 6 years not and NEVER have the completely removed my old polish with that tool. usually i soak and scrape. Well he removed all of it, rough. i though for sure every finger would be bleeding. filing so close to my skin, felt like it was on fire. Then he filed my nails sloppy and quick. 2 strokes per nail. didnt ask a shape or length. then was the manicure time... a bowl with ice cold water for my hands to sit in. this is the best part...the tools he used were NOT clean. they were in a bowl next to him...definitely used on the woman before me. so solution at all to sterilize them. he did a few scrapes and trimmed my cuticles. the only thing he said to me was "wash"
he painted my nails with the wrong color and i just couldn't. i just needed to be done. he got a 0 tip and was reported to the department of public health for un-sanitary conditions.

The lady who assisted me and my two younger sisters was really nice. However, the owner wasn't as pleasant. Especially when one of my nails got smudged. The first time, they told me I was finished but when I went to pull down my pant leg, the paint smudged. The second time, the fibers from the cotton ball were in the paint. Although it was fixed for free each time, I felt dismissed and her reaction to me made me embarrassed in front of the other customers. I gave the place 3 stars because the facility wasn't bad and the lady assigned to me was caring enough. However, the owner was dismissive and on her phone when I walked in and when I attempted to pay.

Clean, affordable, friendly and they do a nice job with my nails. The gels last for weeks without flaws. This is my go-to place for nails in Plaistow.
