I would give 0 stars if at all possible. I waited over 30 minutes to get my brows waxed and the lady takes 5 seconds to do them and they looked terrible. She didn’t even clean off the wax. Very rushed and unprofessional. Then says I need to go to food lion to get cash, although in the 30 minutes I waited I saw no signs saying there’s a minimum on cards. Not worth your time if you don’t enjoy dealing with people who don’t care about your satisfaction or time. Genuinely my worst experience getting my eyebrows waxed

Do not I repeat do not go here,,, I knew the moment I walked in and the vibe was not welcoming at all! But when a regular came in the tone and greeting was different! Why did my regulars have to be closed today!

Walked in and was never greeted. Sat down, and thought ok they must just be busy. I was wearing my scrubs from work and probably looked a little frazzled... you know cause I have been working all day. After ten minutes of sitting there another young woman walks in a little more dressed up then me. She was welcomed with open arms. This frustrated me a lot but whatevs. Fast forward to the cop getting there because a young lady (young black woman) was unhappy with her service and the owner stated she had an attitude... not sure of the interactions prior to me walking in but didn't like how the owner talked down about the young lady? That was the icing on the cake. I don't want to continue business at a location where people are judged by their outfits or color of their skin. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area. I would check them all out before walking into this establishment.
