A friend of mine purchased me a gift certificate for this specific nail salon. I usually go to a specific person but being that God has blessed me through my friend I had to go and give the salon a try. I didn't have an appointment I waited roughly 20 minutes to get service. I went in to get a pedicure done. Once Anne called my name she escorted me to my seat. I was in the second to the last chair towards the back. She did the normal things a nail tech would do. Remove the old color, cut the nail down, file and clean. However, what was different was I didn't tell her that I had ingrown toenails. Upon cleaning my toenails she found the toes that had the ingrown. She took it out without pain or press. Some people will not even bother to take care of it. However, Anne did And she did an amazing job at it. It depends on the individual. I like to be in and out as quickly as possible. I want full service on a short time and that is what I got. As much as I would love to sit and relax in a nail salon I do have things to do. I found what I was looking for at Professional salon. I'll be coming back to see Anne in 2 weeks. Great job ladies.

Friendly service. The skin on my feet looks good. Polish job isn't amazing, but better than I'd do on my own.

I rarely review, but feel this one is important and necessary. I was visiting from Texas and had a mani-pedi at Professionail. My gel manicure began chipping within a couple of days and the nail underneath was seriously damaged. I did not have a bad experience in the salon. Everyone was friendly. The pedicure felt great. Losing my nails, not so. Beware.

Had the Professionail M & P. I expected better service for the price. There were definitely a language barrier and not very engaging. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for me but unfortunately was not. Disappointed 😞
