Great location for birthday parties, Anniversary parties, graduation parties. The room is perfect size for a big group or small group. They provide tables and chairs. Another great thing about it you can bring in your own food and or have it catered. We have had many events at the Downtowner and I would recommend it to anyone!

The Star Room at the Downtowner Salon is a wonderful place to host any event you may choose. It is a very well taken care place and very clean. I have had many parties there for my children and have hosted many meetings there as well. I would refer anyone looking for a great place to the Downtowner Star Room.

Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. We held a convention here and were rushed to leave, personal belongings moved without notice, made to move cars and told we were not welcome. Not recommended. Breach of contract.

If you are into rude owners who dont care about customer experience, this is for you. Renting half the building and getting no parking spots is not cool. Especially when nothing is said ahead of time . Beware.

This place doesn’t deserve a star. That lady was so disgusting and rude to our guests and the hosts. We had a party there tonight and paid for it up front plus the extra thirty mins to cleaning so it doesn’t cut out our four hours of enjoying us celebrating us women. The lady penny actually pulled the cord aggressively out of the laptop and told us to leave 1hoir and half earlier than needed. Our time wasn’t done and she didn’t even want to hear about it and all bc a little 2 year spilled jucice on the floor that we cleaned up right away. She came in there dramatic with a mop and was yelling at the kids and my four year old daughter sa this and was shaking and still crying over to bc she had never seen some act that insane. She could of dealt with the spill after the party like a professional. She was so rude and did all this due to ethnicity. That lady was insane and I can’t console my terrified daughter from saying is the lady going to come to our house and get us? She was pure disgusting
