Use extreme caution! This place sent me to the emergency room. As others have said, yes, very rough on hands, and cut my fingers TWICE during a basic manicure. But the real problem is the place isn't following proper hygiene and cleanliness rules. I went in for a basic manicure and a leg wax from the knee down. I watched her open new wooden sticks but only realized halfway through that she was dipping them back into the pot after using them to spread wax on my body. I asked her if she should be doing that as most salons don't she said it was okay, so I assumed because it was a small pot that they use smaller fresh pots of wax for each customer. How wrong I was. Two days later I was covered in deep purple weeping boils all over my legs. Clearly I had been slathered in wax that had been stirred up with the germs from everyone else who had been waxed from that pot. Barf. The infection gave me a fever and was so bad I ended up going to the ER. After being treated with antibiotics I got to spend the rest of my summer keeping my legs covered because it took the boil marks months to fade away.

i went with my friend to get a fill and we sat rught away but when tgey were filling our nails tgey were very rough and it started burning i filnched away al least 5 times and the women doing my friends nails was on the phone the whole time and hury my friend very badly and they mad us sit under the nail dryer for at 30 mins and they charged me $19 when it was supposed to be $18. i am never returning there.

First time getting acrylic nails.....the nail tech was rough and ended up making the delicate skin near my cuticle bleed. Not only did my nails hurt after the procedure,
but also by the next day, they started to lift! Terrible jog and experience. Will not
return.

The nail tech was very rough and was over charged.she charged me 40 dollars for a fill with design. Never going back
