Sarah is the real deal. She takes the time to get it right and is great with a razor when putting in layers. She's very good at communicating what she's doing while she works, which I really like because I don't know a whole lot about hair. The price is a downright bargain considering it comes with a shampoo and the amount of time she spends to make sure you're getting what you want. I'll be going back for certain.

Received an excellent haircut at a very reasonable price. Has an inviting atmosphere and all of the staff were friendly.

Another lovely cut & style by Daima-- great with natural curl. A few visits ago Daima carefully trimmed off several inches so I could try a longish bob again, after years of long hair & fear of dreaded mushroom- or collie-coif, & I love it! Spot on, best bob I've ever had. She's always very thorough & clarifies every detail. She's consistently on point, understands what cut will work best for hair & face type. Super friendly, great location.

Good location and atmosphere. The salon services were good and I would recommend Daima. Hair turned out good. I had my nails done there by the tech Becky but I was not impressed. She was impressed with herself, but I was not. She needs to be a lot nicer and more considerate. Bottom line, go for the hair, skip the nails. Much better nail places in Knoxville.
