Always get amazing service here! Have been going to see them for years and they are the only salon I will go to, because they are the only ones who get my nails the way I want them

Very rude, lack of customer service! Very rarely do you encounter people in the customer service industry without an ounce of customer service! I went there twice, once as a walk in- which they don't allow. Perhaps take the sign down that clearly says "walk-ins welcome." My second trip there with an appointment did not go well at all. I made an appointment, arrived on time and I was not seen because there was a lady getting her nails done..so I gave up. I refuse to beg them to take my money, awful place!

I have tried to go into this shop twice to get my nails done (the first time I thought they were just having a bad day so I went back again). The door says walk-ins welcome but when I went in they told me everyone has appointments and there was only one customer (at the time). I also wasn’t offered the opportunity to make an appointment.

I love them.... They have been my nail salon for 15 plus years only place in Wichita I trust... But please book an appointment in advance
