My friend and I had hot stone massages & facials and it was heaven. It was our first time at this spa, we treated ourselves, and we already booked again for Fall. In between the services we sat in the lounge in our robes and heated neck pillows and talked-no cell phones. Our spa attendant took great care of us as did everyone. Can’t say enough about the spa and can’t wait to go back. So relaxing.

My family moved here in April. I tried a salon down the road. Had my hair absolutely ruined.
I came to John Roberts Spa three weeks after. Jess fixed my hair. She's truly talented. Happy to have found my stylist/salon now.

Update: Had pedicures last night for a treat while my sister was visiting with Katianne and Alison and we had a wonderful relaxing end to our days! They took time as if it was the first service and not the last of their day and made us feel special, welcomed, and were both a joy to spend time with and did exceptional work, we have the softest and prettiest feet now! Have been coming here for over a year and will continue to come back, each time you are welcomed by all the staff and they go out of their way to make you feel special, thank you!

Top Spa and Salon! I've gone to John Roberts for 20 plus years and they have the most outstanding customer service and talented staff. They train their employees beautifully and everyone makes your experience special. The spa is peaceful and so relaxing. Would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Great staff. Friendly. I was a walk in and they found me an appointment. I waited the ten minutes and then I was guided back. Place is clean. The stylist was very nice and professional. I go there often when I have hair to cut.
