I started using D'Anthony Salon and I am so glad to have made the change to a Full Service Salon. My hair stylist is Mary and she always does an amazing cut and style! She also did a my color and beautiful highlights, my hair felt and looked incredible!! I believe if you want quality work then you must pay for quality, experience and a skilled professional!! I have used her three times now and she is Worth every dollar$$$!! Never again will I try any other walk up Salon!

I’m so flabbergasted right now. I will say my stylist Ashley was always wonderful. BUT. I’ve since moved to another town 4 hours away and called to get the mixture of PM shine they use on my hard to match red hair. They will not give it to you. Are they that concerned about other business? I was a loyal customer and recommended to so many. But no more. And the girl was RUDE when I asked. So disappointing.

I absolutely hate complaining. I’m the type to just deal with whatever I get. I complained first to the hair stylist because I didn’t want her to get in trouble or anything but she never answered. So i contacted the actual salon and they had a manager contacts me. And pretty much told me I asked for what I got. I showed a picture to my hair stylist and apparently from the consultation she got that I wanted an all over brown? When the picture I shower her clearly had highlights and was like a caramel brown balayage. I even told her the highlights have to blend with my hair well because I’m in the military. I have black, curly hair and I could have told her myself that you can’t lighten up my hair without bleaching it. I literally went in and came out with th exact shade I went in with maybe a hint of brown if i walk in the sun and not even much. Only my roots turned brown. I could of paid $8 for a box of hair dye and gotten the same results. And in the end I knew she was disappointed too because she told me before I even saw it that it didn’t really take. She told me we can try bleaching it and toneing it (what I wanted originally) and when I said that’s what I wanted she said another time. In the end, when she told me to change out of my robe, I came out to pay and she wasn’t even there. And I asked where she went and they didn’t know. I ended up leaving a $30 tip(time and effort even if she did awful) for something I could of done myself and also paid the $115. I had another appointment to go to, and the manager that called told me she wish I wouldn’t have left. I never even talked to the manager so I didn’t know she didn’t want me to, and my hair stylist was god knows where. Probably hiding cuz she was just as disappointed that nothing happened to my hair in the 2 and a half hours I was there for. Their suggestion was to come back next week but I don’t live in town, and she said she could fix it if it’s within a few weeks. But I just want my money back. Because she said she could get me a couple highlights around my face which is also not what I wanted. I practically got $145 stolen from my wallet, because I literally see no change in my hair. And the lady at the counter told me the color took if I stand in the sun. And I told her that it wasn’t what I wanted though and she just shut up.
