I walked in and everyone greeted me. It really made me feel like they genuinely wanted my business. I got a pedicure, gel polish and eyebrow wax. I've only let one person do my eyebrows in SC, but I'm truly satisfied with the outcome here. We had a slight mix up with matching my gel polish with the polish for my toes, but they handled it quickly. Everyone was friendly and didn't have that snobby attitude I get when I go other places. I will definitely be back!

My absolute favorite nail salon in all of Charlotte. Not that I've visited them all, but I've been around town lol. I always come back to Allure. Lisa is my favorite nail tech, she does a perfect job every time. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you're not happy, they will do everything they can to make it right. They truly care about your nails and your business.

First I would like to start off by adding that I went to a salon previously and they turned me away an hour before closing time. By the time I had arrived at allure they gladly welcomed me, and I arrived a half hour before closing. I was also getting acrylics which I know take longer than 30 minutes to get done. While I was getting my nails done a 2 ladies walked in after the closing time and one a half hour later asked if they had time and the man doing my nails said " well do you have time?", she said yes and he replied " If you have time, I have time". Never have I ever been to a salon where they treat their customers that well, most rush and are in need to get home, but the man doing my nails was very cautious and patient. I can say I am very satisfied with this salon and will be going back!!!

I loved this place. It was my little girls first time and they made her feel very comfortable and the pink bear chairs are a plus. Best pedicure I’ve received in Charlotte. Definitely worth the drive and they are open on Monday’s.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They do a wonderful job on my manicures and pedicures, making sure everything is done exactly the way I want it. They never rush me through like an assembly line. I always leave feeling de-stressed and pleased.
