This location is convenient to my job when I need a quick mani/pedi. My first experience was good, however, my second experience and what I see as a growing trend is the tacky policy of standing over customers or particular customers to be honest!!! and ask for a 20% tip. I am very generous and tip very well, not to mention three women had to work on me, one to do the pedi, one to take off the acrylic because only one person knows how to do that, the other to do my gel pedi, because they are inexperienced. I am not one to go in for a quick $20 mani/pedi like 90% of their customers so to spend money for a gel mani, pedi/callous remover, $10 to remove my acrylic, and a 20 minute massage. I had a certain amount of cash available to tip and I had planned on tipping the remainder on my card. To be told what to do is in poor taste and a growing trend in this neighborhood when on average they receive 3-5 for those who receive basic manis/pedis. I did not appreciate being surrounded and had to ask for my cash back twice so that I could tip the full amount on the card. You get paid for your level of service!!!! not what you demand, if they had the right attitude they would have received more than 20% but I was utterly disgusted and will not be a customer in the future.
Lastly, they cannot be found on the Better Business Bureau site to file a proper complaint and that speaks in volumes should you have any major legal issues on their property that would be a challenge beware

Good service, however when I walked in I was told it was $45 for a manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure asked if I wanted a 10 minute foot massage, to which I said yes. Apparently this somehow made the overall bill $70. A total rip off - I wont be back.

I seriously can't believe this place has some good reviews. I just walked out of the worst manicure I've ever received in my life. My nails are all shaped differently. And the polishes is the sloppiest work I've ever seen. And Spanish lady did my nails- but the Korean guy mike looks like he takes his time. I'm not sure if I will ever get a chance to get my nails done by him because I'm so turned off my 1st time experience.

They rush you and don't do a good job. The nails are all different shapes, and color they use does not stay on. I got a gel manicure and it stayed on for 5 days instead of 2 weeks, when I came back to have it fixed, the owner was so nasty to me instead of saying sorry and demanded me to tip her extra for re-doing it. This place is just the worst. Don't go here.

I've been to 2nd floor salons but this one is terribly grungy. Think fluorescent lights and old equipment. The masseuse lady was very nice but the massage chair was creaky and not positioned correctly. The chairs are in the middle of a 15ft x 15ft room, and it just felt awkward. I went in for a 20-minute quick fix for some upper back pain. At the end, I was charged $21 for 20 minutes, even though the wall clearly says $10 for 10 minutes. I watched as she struggled with whether or not to tack on the extra $1 while writing the bill. It's not rocket science to multiply 10 by 2. She was all grins when I handed her my card, pretending I didn't notice. The massage itself was great and I tipped her very well, but I do not return to dishonest businesses. They seriously just lost a customer over $1.
