I've been getting my hair cut (& occasionally colored) every few weeks for 4 years by Braylee. She's very professional, well-versed, & obviously takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her, especially for fashion colors! Her prices are very fair too.

Had my hair cut on Saturday 7/28 by a stylist named Baylee? She did a number...I asked for layers and she took that as give me bangs on the top of my head. No one qualified to cut hair would think this was an acceptable length for a layer on someone with medium length hair. They just stick up! I can’t say anything about any other stylist, but whatever you do don’t let Baylee anywhere near your hair.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Online times are posted as open until 6:30pm. I arrived at 5:35pm and asked if it would be possible to have someone use a curling iron to just put some loose waves in my hair (I was attending an event later in the night and my curling iron broke). I have shorter than shoulder length hair and was not asking for a formal style. The two woman working appeared extremely annoyed. One was putting the finishing touches on a man's haircut, and this haircut was done in the minutes I was standing by the desk. A second stylist was literally sitting back in one of the salon chairs with her feet up. They said, sorry we aren't taking any more appointments. I asked if they were in fact still open according to their posted time, and they said yes, but they would not be able to do my hair. All this without the woman getting up, and continuing to sit back with her feet up.
I would completely understand not being able to fit me in if they were slammed, but to me this was just not the case. Not only that, but to act visibly annoyed when someone arrives at your salon and asks to pay for a service during business hours... alright then, I'll gladly take my business and money elsewhere.

I went in you get a little bit fuller bangs- I guess I should've taken a hint by the empty chairs and the careless attitude of the employees that were there. When I got to the counter two stylists were available and both looking at each other as if neither one of them wanted to do the work… The one who did-- I showed her the picture of myself with the exact style that I wanted and explain to her the length and what I wanted it to look like... she cut them incredibly short and crooked! I seriously had consider doing it myself before going in and really wish that I would've done it-- I didn't bother telling her that she ruined it because I didn't want her touching my hair anymore... I definitely wont be returning to this place
