I went to this Forever nails today they had three people there getting their toes done. The lady ask me what did I need done I told her nails and toes and she said we booked for the day. Why would you ask me what I needed if your booked they didn’t want to come close to me because I was African American and no one should use these people they are horrible

They are VERY INEXPENSIVE but unable to make an appointment correctly. I called to make an appointment for two people. I show up and they have it down for one person. You can never walk in they are always busy. One person does both your hands and feet which double the amount of time you have to be there. I only get a basic pedicure manicure therefore they do an OK job no complain about that. Just make sure they read back what you said to them because they cannot comprehend 90% of the info you tell them on the phone.

This salon is humble and simple but far from being pretentious. I'm more comfortable in a salon that boosts great customer service and attention to detail then over the top salons that treat customers poorly. I recommend setting appointment prior to the day you want your nails done, as that they book quickly. This is now my go-to salon. They have great prices and staff are friendly and helpful. Maybe they will make renovations in the future but for now, I'm content with its simplicity. Will be returning for more services.

I visited Forever Nails, my first time at this location. The ladies were speaking to each other in Vietnamese and not real welcoming to the customers. When I sat down to get a pedicure the younger woman only clean the chair, not arms, I asked her to please clean the arm on the left. She began argue and "stated I did" very loudly and again speaking to the other co-workers in Vietnamese. Not sure if she understands we are in a pandemic! She walks away and turns on the water, it was VERY hot, to the point steam was coming from the water and almost began to overflow and could have burned my feet! An older woman whom came to my rescue, came over and assisted me and turned water down until it was comfortable to place my feet in the water. The lady was much nicer and more professional than the unprofessional younger woman .
I would not return to this location as they are not clean or professional enough, I can do much better! Something is wrong if I have ask you to clean equipment and you become aggressive? If I may add, I went to go under dryer to ensure my nail polish was dry. One of the woman told the other woman remove the toe spacer from my foot, And the lady remove them, I guess to re-use them? Pretty gross. Never had anyone do that before!! This place made me Very uncomfortable, with lack of cleaning and the behavior
