Nice haircut and eyebrow threading job. However, during my discussion with Mina and Amy regarding the extra charge (because of the length of my hair), Mina grabbed my credit card and charged it without my approval. Disputed it with my credit card company successfully.

Terrible! Yes they are nice but after I said I had a Groupon she charged me extra 40$ because my hair are long. She did not even wash my hair because I already washed it. The only reason I did so was only because I went for a run and I did not want to go there all sweaty. Blow dry was without shape , I blow dry my hair better.

Nadie is a gem. She does the best color I have ever had, she is thoughtful and plans with me ahead of our appointments. Furthermore, as the appointment progresses Nadie makes sure I know how to get the most out of my color, how to care for it and what to realistically expect. I recently had my hair cut by her as well, and no surprise, it's an excellent cut. I totally love her and can't recommend her highly enough.

I still can't believe how terrible my experience was here. I came into Jolie's as a brunette and left as a blonde- and I am so sad. I asked for balayage and even showed them a picture of what I wanted, but the result was completely different. My hair stylists decided that they knew better than I did about what I wanted, and that in itself should make anyone hesitate about coming here. The stylists were also rude to my sister and kept calling her hair "damaged." While they may have thought they were helping her, it only added to the frustration she felt, as she also asked for balayage but received anything but that. They also attempted to charge more than the additional charges they were going to give us for our long hair. I had seen great reviews for this salon on Facebook, but my advice would be to steer clear of this place.

Nadie now works at this location and has been initially cutting my hair at the Hair Cuttery for the last 3 years and it is always a great haircut, every single time. This is not your typical haircut experience. Nadie will work with you to determine a sort of "hair blueprint" based on your style goals to work towards that end based on your personal head of hair and will advise you on how to keep your hair looking its best in between appointments. It's not about a single haircut; it's about a plan for your hair that suits you best. I would never go anywhere else for a haircut ever again. Period.
