This was my first time going and it started off good. The pedicure and massage was relaxing and then I was getting my nails done I think this woman was new or not very experienced and just was learning. But the shape was good on some nails then way off on others. She knew some English phrases but not when you spoke to her so it made it difficult. Other workers noticed i was really satisfied and I finally pointed out what I didn’t like (I don’t like being difficult and didn’t know how they’d even fix it) but one of the male workers took over and fixed them the best he could. They came out pretty good and stayed late to fix them for me. I probably would go back one more time but to someone else and see if my nails look from scratch instead of someone having to fix messed up nails. This experience wasn’t great but I’m willing to give it one more shot if I really need to get them done.

Tried out there nail services because they do such a bomb job on my eyebrows but after this, I WILL NOT RETURN. I have constantly had acrylic over my real nails for the last 9 months and have never had an issue like this.
I came in for a fill and was guided to Alex's chair. He asked me what shape I told him square. He then turned to my boyfriend and told him he was going to do a new shaped that is better for scratching his back and that he would like it... I not have coffin shaped nails. He asked me to pick a color so I got up and when to the rack of nail polish he came and got me and didn't even say anything and guided me back to my chair where he gave my a the flip through color pallet. After I choose a color he tried to paint my whole nail some crazy metallic color with some powder stuff (probably cost more that gel polish and I always only get my tips painted). I had to beg him to take it off and he still didn't paint my nails the way I wanted him to.
Upon leaving I was charged FIFTY DOLLARS for a FILL! That wasn't even done right! I took the man so long to try to do my nails (because he kept talking to what I assumed was his boyfriend) and my boyfriend was so frustrated I just paid (still tipped but only $5) and left.
The next day the acrylic started cracking. Not my real nails underneath just the acrylic. But I couldn't make it in for several days so I had to suffer through the pain and use super glue, tape, and bandages to hold it together until I could make it in.
When I did go in I was calm and just asked that It be fixed. As Alex Began to repair the 2 nails where the acrylic had cracked he begun trying to file, reshape and all around fix the other nails noticing the shanty job he had done. It had only been about 5 days and he gave me a complete fill I didn't have to pay. I did re-tip and I left satisfied.
2 days later the acrylic on 3 of my nails had began to crack again! Later that night my nail snapped entirely in half. I am in pain typing this with cracked and broken nails.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON FOR THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS AND OVER PRICED POOR SERVICE!

Very clean, relaxing and Brandon does a fantastic job. Love the pedicure room, so relaxing. You won't regret your decision to have your Spa needs completed at this location. I recommend Venus Nail Spa to make and female clients....

I love this place! The employees are hilarious, they take their time to listen, they make you feel welcome, and their work is incredible. I always feel at peace when I come there. This is my go to place!

Be sure to ask for Brandon!! I’ve been going here for years and yes they may have changed owners over the years, but the customer service and quality has never changed! I adore this place and would highly recommend it to anyone! Luxurious and clean!! Super clean! Great at eyebrows, luxury pedicures and especially nails! Love it!!!
