Love love love this place! Can get most any cosmetic and hair service needed or wanted here. Joy is my hairdresser, one of the best!

I’m only giving this place 1 star because you have to select something. Also because I never got my service done. I made a appointment 5 weeks ago with Holley through Facebook messenger. I arrived at the salon early due to this being my first time there. I walked in and looked her room number up on the board. Walked around till I found it. When I found the room a man was standing in the door talking to two ladies inside. He left so I messaged her to make sure I was at the correct room. I heard her phone go off, and the lady that was inside with her walked over and shut the door. I sat outside her room for almost two hours while the lady inside was coloring Holley hair. The fact that she never acknowledged me had me livid. I finally messaged a friend who works in Whitehouse who said she could do what I wanted. Which was a simple all over color, and trim.
Holley finally messaged me at 3:15 claiming I never showed. I informed her yes I did, but you were inside getting your hair colored. She informed me that no she wasn’t her niece stopped by to visit, and she was wasting on me. That I needed to just open the door. You could see them through the window, and yes she was getting her hair colored. I do not recommend Holley Mullins at this boutique, and I’m so thankful Lacey Dryman at Studio C in Whitehouse was able to do the job for me. I loved my new hair!!

I saw Holly for a highlight...it was the worst experience I've ever had! I only wanted highlights and she insisted on putting a color between the foils that didn't match and bled all over in off patterns...I just cried and when asked she wouldn't refund the money so I could go have it fixed. She also never offered to look at it or fix it...she did say for another $150 she would finish the job as she only did 1/2 the job. She also insisted she gave me a haircut that never happened! When I told her how unhappy I was she blew up my phone with private messages at inappropriate hrs...she did All this knowing I had Just had a stroke...if I had my way she would have her licenses removed!
