I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for three years now. I will continue to come back as long as the Manager, Romeo is there. He is attentive and focused on the clients that enter and leave and truly cares about quality and customer service.
Some of the nail techs are better than others, as in every establishment. I do have my top three but will settle for anyone- with the exception of ONE- when these top picks are not available.
I have recommended this place to all my friends and now, publicly. Be kind to others, and they’ll be kind to you.

It’s not that the establishment isn’t up to par, it’s the quality of the paint job. I usually go with my family here, and today we had an outing after obvious months of being cooped up. I’m not the lady that tells someone how to do their job. It makes me feel awkward and that I’ll be labeled “that person”. I rarely leave reviews but I feel like this is something that needs to be addressed with technicians. If this was the first time, I wouldn’t be leaving a review about it, but this happens more often than not when I visit here. I’m sad to say, that I will no longer be returning after several of these paint jobs have not gone well. I voiced today that I was not okay with how it looked the first time, so she added some more paint, but it still wasn’t fixed and I should have spoken up, but at the same time a nail technician should know what a good job looks like. I don’t think it reflects the establishment, but it was careless and unprofessional work.

They always do a great job. I can get my toes and nails done in an hour which is huge for me because I am always on a schedule, but if you have time to sit and relax it is a fantastic atmosphere and everyone very attentive. I usually stick to a very conservative style but I have seen them do some way cool, over the top, really WOW nails.

Alex was great! Years ago a women damaged my nails by filing way to close on the sides so my nails are very sensitive when they are filed but he was very gentle and did exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be coming back. And Louis in the front was an absolute doll and so sweet, even gave me a remedy for my throat since I lost my voice! Really liked this place.

I have no complaints about this nail spa. My first time was today and I was worried about getting my dip too thick because it has been in the past at other salons. Mimi did my nails and Diamond took care of my pedicure and I love them both! Thank y'all so much! Definitely will be returning.
