During my last visit, the male nail tech that recently came from New York gave me a refill. Less than twenty minutes later, the nail polish came off so I returned to the nail salon. I returned to the nail salon and ask the same guy to please fix my nails. I requested that he use a different polish since,in my opinion, the polish was bad. He refused to apply a different polish and said he would have to charge me for it. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He also spoke Chinese so I could not understand what he was saying. I was infuriated. For the past two visits, I had tipped him more than $10 each time. The least he could do was change my polish for free. I explained the situation to the owner (Victor) and he said there was no charge for that. He told me someone would do the polish change in a few minutes. After almost twenty minutes of waiting, I noticed walk-ins were being taken care of before me, so I politely asked if anyone was going to do my polish change. No one seemed to care or even answered me. I sat down for an extra 15 minutes and still no one took care of me. I walked out angry and with no polish on my nails. I will never return to this place. If you want good service and to be treated with respect, I suggest you don't come to this place.
