Taylor was great at removing my previous eyelash extensions and did it for free!
She made my new lashes beautiful and full and took her time. Very good prices and good service.

I loooved the service plus they are so nice I was able to show up the same day I had years without using acrylic nails I need them to avoid bitting my nails for my job and also to do product modeling. They are fast and delicate :)

I got a full acrylic set and asked for almond shaped nails. They definitely did not end up almond shaped, but I don't mind cuz they still look nice. Except for the thumbs, which look absolutely awful. They look like duck feet, the nail is wider than the base. I asked the technician to fix the shape and she lied and told me it was impossible. Now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money to fix it because she was too lazy to. The color application was nice though, so at least there's that.

Made an appointment ahead of time for my manicure, when I arrived there was someone waiting in the lobby (a walk-in). When it came time for the next person to get their treatment, the woman came to me and said: "I'm sorry it will another 20 mins because someone is waiting here".
I'm sorry but if someone booked an appointment you tell the person who walked in that you have an appointment coming and they will need to come back. Not make the person with an appointment wait 45 minutes AFTER their appointment time whole you service a "walk-in".
The manicure is mediocre at best. She did the gel polish way too thick so it will be falling off in less than a week. Ultimately I was so upset I didn't even want the lotion or hot towel. After waiting over an hour for a manicure she sped through in 30 minutes I really just wanted to get the *bleep* out of there.

These gals know how to do gel polish! It lasts longer than any other nail salon we've ever been to. They are serious about keeping appointment times, unlike others who say you have an appointment, but will take walk ins right before you get there. The main gal is very friendly. Prices are great. Shop is clean and in a great location. Highly recommend!
