Everytime for the last 3 years I try to get an appointment early too I've , never been able to get a simple toe or eyebrow appointment. They dont even look at the books to see what's available. They the man always says Ummmmm no we busy . Sad I live right next door. Feeling like theres something going on in terms of preferential treatment. I will never ask again . Never go there again . T Nails good Luck to you . Feel free to fix this and make it right . Oh, maybe that's the way customer service used to be . My bad ...expectations way too high ...
