I went in to get a full set and there was three other workers doing nothing but I was told nobody was there to do my nails

I love this place for the included massages and for the nail technicians that do a pretty good job at massaging. I do not get shellac and my mani/pedi always lasts at least 10 days. They don't often have room for walk ins so appointments are strongly encouraged but if I call and ask them to call me to fill in for a cancellation I get a call 80% of the time. Thanks

I went in, waited thirty minutes before realizing I would never be seen in time b/c, 1- they were working very slow, having to redo the nail process, and 2- they need more workers:( Judging by the reviews, I dodged a bullet.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE... THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER NAIL SHOPS ON WESTERN. AT THE SAME INTERSECTION OR A BLOCK NORTH.
I popped in this nail shop bc i was passing by and had time.
Not only is cleanliness an issue.. (NOBODY.. I repeat NOBODY had on gloves) the service is VERY VERY SLOPPY...
They cut my 2 big toe nails to NUBS!!!! After I told her.... only cut down a little bit.. But I looked up.. And when i looked back down... My 2 big toe nails were gone... Then AFTER she painted my toe NUBS.. I looked away... And she cut MORE bc she said it wast even.. (It still wasnt even) . so i asked for the manager .. The male Nail tec.. Who had To show her how to hold the nail file to file my nubs.. To which she couldnt bc there was no more nail to file.
My manicure was sloppy. Done by a different tec.. STILL sloppy..
No discount. No refund.
Oh and They tried to charge me to fix the work...
All the women here are eyeballing eachother in confusion bc. Noone is satisfied....How are they sill open??
