I have always gone to them and never had problems until the last time I went. My sister and I decided to spend a day together so we went to get pedicures. We sat there for an hour and a half and they did people that came in after us. I made them warm my water up twice because it was getting cold and my feet were raisins. They yell a lot and don’t care about the satisfaction of their customers.

About six months ago I went to the salon with my daughter for a mother/daughter pedicure day. I called two hours in advance, then an hour ahead and was told that I could go in right then and be seen. “Not busy, come now”, I was told. I knew to call ahead because I have had experiences in the past of being told that they had open spots only to go and find the place packed. I had been a loyal customer for a couple of years at that point. No, they generally were not friendly… I should have stopped going long before this incident occurred. My daughter sat in the kid’s pedicure chair for an hour, I was sitting at the table waiting… My daughter started to get upset and called over to me “mommy when are they going to help me “. The lady, I believe the owner, she will not give her name and when you ask she says her name is “hamburger”. She yelled at my daughter and told her to be quiet. I told her not to speak to my daughter that way and then she screamed for me to either “shut up or get out”.... needless to say I left immediately, informing her that she had lost my business for life. These are rude people that have no concept of customer service. Do yourself a huge favor, go across the street and go to Pro nails where they treat you like a human being. That lady, the owner, is an absolute monster. You can go to YouTube and watch videos of her fighting with customers. The epitome of non-professional. It took me a long time to write this review, the incident was extremely upsetting. My daughter left sobbing from being screamed at publicly. The place was packed, person to person in every chair. And shame on anyone who watched the incident with the owner being abusive towards my daughter and returning to this establishment!

Don't waist your money. I went in to fix a crack in my nail, and just got a fill. The woman that did my nails. Was doing mine and someone else's at the same time. So first off my nail that she supposedly fix broke within 2 hours after leaving. And then another nail broke the next morning. She cut me while filing them. This was by far the worst experience in my life. And I have been getting acrilic overlay for 3 years now and never had them done this bad.

I will never back. Last 2 manis i had to back in for a do over. Cheap price but i know why
No oil, no lotion. Dont waste your 50.00

Visiting from out of state and desperate or would have left with my 92 yr old mom.
Barked at us to choose color and sit. People coming in and being seated. Finally seated and soaked in acetone for 45 minutes. Manicurist was rough and careless. Serving 4 people at the same time. Finally got old gel off and sat another 20 minutes waiting for gel artist. Asked to have the nails trimmed and she filed them roughly and polished. Polish looks ok but cuticles are sore and tender. Mom has neuropathy and was very uncomfortable with rough treatment . very impersonal and disconnected to customer.
