I have been going to Nail Paradise for 16 years. I would not consider going anywhere else.

My mom and I went there because my dad got her a pedicure coupon for her birthday. We both got pedicures. Within 15 minutes of my mom soaking her feet, they swelled up and became very itchy. She had a reaction to something. However, when we asked if it could be the water, it didn't seem likely because she's never been allergic to sea salt and she had been soaking for a little bit without any issue. I noticed that the lady, as nice as she was, didn't change her gloves between working on someone's nails and then touching my mom's feet. I asked about her gloves and they were latex, my mom is allergic to latex. I feel Like maybe she had a reaction to any of her nail products, too, considering she didn't change her gloves. So while I was getting my toes done, my mom was soaking her feet in cold water to reduce her itch and swelling. When I was finished, my mom's feet were still pretty sensitive, so she just scrubbed them and painted her toes. My mom was really looking forward to this and it just wasn't a good experience for her. They don't sterilize their instruments between customers. I watched one of the owners go from 1 ladies nails to a little girls feet without changing her gloves and I felt so sick to my stomach. We won't be back. The cross contamination in this place is unreal.

They did an excellent job. Frank and I both had pedicures and he liked it too. Will definitely go back.
