Only place in Addison that charges $30 for a basic acrylic full set. Now, paying $5 is nothing...if it were worth it. Seems like they use cheap material since my nails were breaking off just a couple of days after. All in all, I had to remove the nails after just 6 days. There was literally no point and calling in to complain and have them fixed. If a horrible job was done the 1st time, I wouldn't go back a 2nd time even it is to repair my nails. Their smiles wipe off their faces as soon as you reject them trying to up sell you and you they make it completely obvious that they're talking bad about you in their language. Never planning to come here again. If you're looking for a GOOD nail salon, I highly recommend Fancy Nails and Tran Nails in Villa Park. Might be a little further but so worth it!

The absolute best salon to have a mani and/or pedi.Lots of parking,walk ins welcome.Lots of staff so waiting is not a problem. Neat and clean,instruments are sterilized for each client.Menu on wall so you know what to expect,loads of great new and old nail polish colors to choose from.Ive been a loyal customer for over 2 years and recommend this salon to anyone- your nails will never look better!

I really don't understand all the bad reviews. I have been coming here for a few years and they always do a great job. On 2 occasions I have had an issue with a chipped "no chip" polish, but when I go back to show them, they ALWAYS happily correct the issue. Generally I think people end up disappointed when they don't clearly communicate what they want before the tech starts. I'm super picky and I'm paying for this so of course I let them know.

well i wish they had the " 0 Star Selection" because that's what they deserve but let me start by saying why I'am so disappointed, i went to this place on May 4, 2018 and i got a horrible service i don't even know the name of the lady who was doing my nails but i am going to tell you all my experience. So i went in and the lady told me to sit down so i did and she started asking me what did i wanted , and i had told her that i wanted a full set with no chip color and square round, so she started to work on my nails and i noticed she kept filing my nails on the sides for a while , and i look over and my nails were looking so thin so i mentioned to her that i didn't want them so thin on the sides, and she responded with" this is better for you, because of your nails , i always do a beautiful nails , and i told her well honestly that's cool but i don't like them and i want them how i told you please and i kept pointing at my nails trying to show her what i didn't like about my nails and she pulled my arm , so i pulled it back towards me and she started talking Chinese language to the guy who was sitting next to her and then he looked over on our side and started looking at me and started talking in their language , so i assumed they was talking about me which i honestly don't care, so then i told the lady that i didn't want no color because my nails were not even shaped how i wanted them to be shaped , and i stood up and the lady comes and pushes me all mad and says" okay no color? then move and i said to her well i am not paying for these and she says you have to pay or else we will call police so i got up and payed because i honestly didn't want to deal with them anymore i was so upset honestly i will never come here, this place don' t care about anyone all they want is your money... im going to post a pic of how i normally get them done by my tech which are the burgundy ones and the ones i got done by them are the lavender ones...

People are rude and do not have proper training or good customer service. Would not recommend and they are over priced.
