Very nice employees and stylists. Everyone was pleasant to speak with and friendly. Would definitely recommend. I cannot speak on any other stylist, but Dana is who I go to and have gone to before. She is amazing!

I have been going to Hot Heads for the 6 months (or so) and I am utterly amazed every time. I always feel very welcomed and very comfortable. The staff is always very uplifting. My stylist is Giulia, and she has so much skill and knowledge. She has out done her self every time I step foot in the salon. I was told from previous salons, I'd never get to the color I dreamed of, and after my FIRST visit, she achieved my goal. She fixed and healed all the damage that was done over the years to my hair. The prices are reasonable and to be expected due to the quality of the products, the scalp massage, and all the little perks they offer. Very pleased with their work. Thank you Nelson and Larry, and to my beautiful stylist Giulia.

Myself and my daughter had gone here for the first time. We absolutely loved our experience. Everyone is so friendly, nice and happy. Just awesome. And we have great hair.

I used Hot Heads for my wedding day and unfortunately was very disappointed in the amount of time they took to complete my wedding party’s makeup. We were well over half an hour late for our schedule. We were supposed to have the makeup completed by 10:30am at the very latest and the stylists were not finished with us until after 11am. This left my photographer standing around for most of the time when she should have been taking photos of my girls and I, but more importantly, it caused great stress to me and my bridesmaids and the mothers who were all trying to get ready together in the morning. It took at least an hour and a half my makeup alone. I expressed my concerns with the timing to Larry, Evy, & Rhoda during my hair and makeup trial while in your salon, and I expressed my concerns at a later date again to Larry over the phone. They all told me we would have plenty of time and that I shouldn’t worry. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My mother barely had time to get pictures with me getting into my dress. My sister was unable to help me get ready because she was still having her makeup completed and we couldn’t wait and waste any more time. My sister did not have any powder on her face to complete her makeup. My sister and I were both told to put our own mascara on. My sister was the last one having her makeup completed and it actually caused her to start crying bc she didn’t want to hold everyone up and didn’t want to miss out on pictures (as I mentioned above). None of the other stylists stepped in to help either. She actually had to finish her makeup herself and redo some of it after the ceremony and before dinner. This was totally unacceptable. Her distress was devastating to me on my wedding day and was a terrible way to start the most important day of my life. I hope your salon can learn from this mistake so another bride or client does not have to go through this distress as I did and as my bridesmaids/mothers did. I emailed this to your salon directly but unfortunately never heard an apology.

If I could go here everyday I would! Love it, everybody is so nice and its such a welcoming atmosphere! They're shampoos are amazing and if you're looking for color this is the place to go! They really care if you're happy, comfortable and love your hair. !! My sister loved it too!!
