I love Salon Platinum except for the last time I went there. I wasn't happy when I went to check out and pay the bill. I wasn't informed or anything, but my hair stylist had charged me $20 extra and nothing she did was different. It was still for a cut and color. So I really don't think that I'm going to be going back. I have went there for years and years. I was very happy with the haircut and color, but not the extra $20 included without any explanation with the visit.

Kolten is awesome! I used to schedule my haircuts with him even when I lived hours away and would just be passing through Omaha over a weekend. He is a great talent at what he does but he is also great at being relatable and making you feel welcome.

Salon Platinum is an amazing Salon with great customer service and you always feel so good when you leave there
