I only go here to see Hanna. She has been doing my eyebrows for over 10yrs. She is the best. She treats me like family. She is the only one I would allow to do my eyebrows. I always get plenty of compliments!!!

I really like tip top because almost all of their nail and brow technicians do a great job. I've made a decision to only go here on special occasions. Reason, their sign say they open at 9:30am. When I go I end up standing in a line outside and the time is 9:45 or later. Then when they do open. You end up waiting even longer because the techs have not arrived. That's bad business and makes me feel direspected. ☹️

Slightly high but Definitely worth the price. It's practically not expensive when you're nails look gorgeous 😍❣️
