If u could give 0 stars I would! I came from out of town to celebrate my birthday with my family! I came here to get my nails done and the Vietnamese lady was horrible! I asked for gel and she put it all on my skin and I told her to take it off for me she use the clipper to get the hard gel off she cut my finger skin. I complained to her and she started ranting the her coworker! Don't even get the pedicure she was watching her show on her phone and didn't even mind my feet! Over all smh.. hateful lady!!!

I have to go back to this place, because I need my fingernails and toenails clean and done and it is just near to my house, although I knew their service was poor (based on the reviews here). The first time I had my nails done was with the service man. He is okay, no problem. But with this second time, it was with the service lady. She is very unprofessional and has bad manners. Good thing, I controlled my temper, let her words just passed by, and did not say any sarcastic words against her. Or else she would hear something not good from a customer. If I could understand and speak their language, I could tell her how rude her service is and how bad their reviews are. I was thinking of whether to give a tip or not, but in the end, I didn't. Sorry.

I stopped in on Thursday on lunch break. They were super busy. I walk over and ask the lady, " What time will YOU be here tomorrow....She replied 10 AM." I came today...Friday at 11 and she is not here but on the way. It is NOW 12:20 and she is NOT here!!! I am glad her customers are important to her! I would hate to see what would happen if she did not care???

Been sitting in my car since 9:45. Sign says they open 930 on Thursdays-Saturdays and it’s almost 10 mins past 10. Might want to consider changing the sign hours! And there fill in prices (for gel) is literally a few dollars less than the initial gel nail full set after being told it was only $25

The only place I will go!! My nails never chip, lift, or break and I have 5 kids, a dog, and Work 5 days a week!! I have longggg nails and their prices are great for my length. I take both my daughters here as well.
